Aspartame is a high-intensity sweetener also identified as N-L-Alpha-Aspartyl-L-Phenylalanine-1-Methyl Ester.
It is a dipeptide composed of two amino acids, L-Aspartic Acid and L-Phenylalanine. These constituents are found in everyday foods and are metabolized by the human body.

D-Allulose (D-Psicose, D-ribo-2-hexulose, C6H12O6) is a low-energy monosaccharide sugar present in small quantities in natural products. First identified in wheat more than 70 years ago, D-allulose is a C-3 epimer of D-fructose, and is present in small quantities in agricultural products and commercially prepared carbohydrate complexes. The sweetness of D-allulose is 70% of the sweetness of sucrose, and health benefits of D-allulose may include improved insulin resistance, antioxidant enhancement and formation, and hypoglycemic controls. This material is Kosher, Pareve and Halal Certified.
D-Xylose is white crystalline powder, easily dissolves in water. The sweetness of D-Xylose is about 70% of cane sugar. The melting point and solubility of D-Xylose are similar with glucose. The viscosity is less than glucose at the same temperature. D-Xylose promotes the growth of human intestinal twin-bacilli, improves human microorganism environment and immunity. It is highly effective at Maillard reactions. NiuSource D-Xylose is Kosher, Parve, and Halal Certified.
NiuSource Erythritol is a white, anhydrous, non-hygroscopic, crystalline substance. It tastes mild sweetness and the appearance is similar to sucrose. As a bulk sweetener, Erythritol provides volume, texture and microbiological stability similar to sucrose. Erythritol is 60-70% as sweet as sucrose, depending on the food application. It is soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohol.
NiuSource Neotame is a high intensity sweetener that is approximately 7,000-13,000 times sweeter than sucrose. It has a clean, sweet taste and is a derivative of the dipeptide from aspartic acid and phenylalanine. These constituents are found in everyday foods and are metabolized by the human body. Neotame does not require any special labeling and has been approved for use in over 50 countries. Neotame also can be used as a flavor enhancer to extend and enhance certian tastes and flavors in specific applications. Neotame is sparingly soluble in water and very soluble in alcohol.
NiuSource Sodium Saccharin occurs as white crystals or as a white crystalline powder. In powdered form, it effloresces to the extent that it usually contains only about one-third the amount of water indicated in its molecular formula. One gram is soluble in 1.5 mL of water and in about 50 mL of alcohol. The sweet taste is approximately 300 to 500 times sweeter than sugar. This material is Kosher, Pareve, and Halal Certified.
NiuSource Rebaudioside A is a white to off-white, hygroscopic fine crystal or powder having a sweet taste. It is freely soluble in water and sparingly soluble in ethanol. It is obtained from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana (Bertoni) plant that can be used as a general sweetener in foods. It is composed predominately of Rebaudioside A, a glycoside of the ent-kaurenoid diterpenoid aglycone known as Steviol. Sucralose is a non-caloric, high-intensity sweetener that is 600 times sweeter than sucrose. Sucralose retains its sweetness over a wide range of temperatures and storage conditions in a variety of applications.
Because of its extended shelf-life stability, food manufacturers use Sucralose to create great tasting new foods and beverages in categories such as canned fruit, low-calorie fruit drinks, baked goods, sauces and syrups.
Sucralose can also be used as a sweetener in utritional supplements, harmaceuticals, vitamins and mineral supplements.
NiuSource Co-crystal Vitamin E powder is white to off-white powder, it’s also named d -α-tocopherol, RRR -α-tocopherol, (2R)-2,5,7,8-Tetramethyl-2-[(4R,8R)-4,8,12-trimethyltridecyl]-3,4-dihydro-2H-1-benzopyran-6-ol.
